The Grant Pneumatic Power-Head Riveter is manufactured in five different models, 3mm, 5mm, 8mm, 12mm and 16mm capacities. Our pneumatic line is the most durable pneumatic power-head in the world today. These riveters are backed with a two-year warranty and are 100% guaranteed. The 3mm and 5mm riveter is offered with a 0 to 30mm adjustable stroke and the 8mm, 12mm and 16mm riveter is offered with a 0 to 45mm adjustable stroke. Our riveter have the fastest cycle rate in the industry. All units are designed  with oversize air ports, air journals and a two-speed solenoid controlled feed rate. Many parts internal components have been hard-chromed for durability. Our riveters are designed to such a high level you can even power them with oil. The entire product line is offered with a 51mm adjustable stroke (longer strokes available upon request). Our servo riveters are greased for life and are extremely durable even in the most contaminated environments. This riveter is designed, manufactured and placed into service with the understanding that you can plug it in and walk away. Our riveter is 100% programmable in spindle stroke velocity, profile, forming pressure and depth. Each cycle the riveter will gauge and guarantee that a good part has been formed. All units are sold with Orbital tool and shaped advance hard coated peen and solenoid valve, hoses and fittings are sold separately.
